Reporting to the National VP of Sales and Training, Walt will manage operations of a Sales Branch in the Pacific Northwest. He will hire/fire/mentor the sales force, be responsible for all premise and on-line sales for two states, build a company presence in that market, and directly sell services to the top tier of local clients. The only obstacle was that I'd worked for a few (3) different companies over the last 5 years -- but given the nature of work and industry transition during that time they could understand my career changes, and my strong results at each assignment overcame any concerns."
